Happy New Year!
We hope everyone had an enjoyable and restful holiday season. Our team enjoyed a wonderful break and we are back, hitting the ground running with a dinning focused campaign to support all of our restaurants, cafes, eateries and diners through the early part of this new year.
We could all use a bit of mid-winter joy in these short, dark days - so be sure to read on about to learn more about WassALE, the second annual food and bevvy festival hosted by Langley Craft Breweries.
This time of year is a planning time for us, as we start to bring our marketing plans to life, and look forward to the summer season and hiring additional staff to support Visitor Servicing at community and special events. And we are busy behind the scenes on key projects and initiatives that we are excited to share more information about soon. Have a wonderful start to 2024! Erinn, Elizabeth and Amanat |

Welcome to the following new Tourism Langley Partner(s): - Earl of Sandwich
Pioneers of the sandwich, they introduced The Invented the Sandwich tradition in 1762. John Montagu, the 4th Earl of Sandwich, changed the dining landscape forever by creating a convenient meal during a card game. To avoid leaving the table, he requested roast beef between two slices of bread, birthing the iconic Sandwich. From inventing the first sandwich to crafting the finest, Earl of Sandwich is renowned for serving "The World's Greatest Hot Sandwich".

We are currently conducting some preliminary research prompted by inquiries from event organizers wondering if businesses would consider offering discounts on services to out-of-town attendees. These discounts could include (but not limited to) a percentage off meals, product discounts, or other added value opportunities, redeemable by presenting event tickets at the business.
Examples of these large events may include the Fort Langley Jazz Festival, Valley GranFondo, Sporting Events, and more. |
